Thank you for choosing DrozdMax as your source for high power bb machine guns. We generally package and ship most orders within 2 business days, excluding weekend and holidays. If you need a product by a certain date call first and we will be happy to accommodate you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to know the airgun laws in their city, county and state. DrozdMax does not sell airguns to minors. All airguns are shipped requiring an Adult Signature at the time of delivery from a person 21 years of age or older.
International Orders:
DrozdMax ships airguns Worldwide including Canada within the limitations of the law. All international orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the airgun laws in their country. All orders will be properly packaged and labeled for customs. We are not responsible for lost or confiscated packages. If your package is seized by customs you will not be issued a refund unless the items are returned to us in new condition. All returned packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee before any refund is issued.
In order to comply with certain countries importation policies DrozdMax will be happy to restrict any airgun we sell so that they meet legal muzzle velocity and/or impact energy requirements for your country.
Returns:
Items purchased from DrozdMax have a 14 day return/exchange policy. Any item may be returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt by the customer along with the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return shipping is paid for by the customer and is not the responsibility DrozdMax.

Returns will be processed within 2 weeks after we receive the returned items.

Items must be returned in new condition and in the original undamaged product packaging, including all product manuals, parts, adapters, and accessories.

Include with the returning products your shipping invoice and state clearly the reason for the return.

Please be sure to include all of your contact information with the return including your name, telephone number, mailing address and email address.

If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- Products not meeting these requirements will be refused with the cost of return shipping being the responsibility of the customer. All items accepted for return that are not due to our error or deemed defective will have will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Backorders:
Customers who purchase items that happen to be out of stock will be notified via email of the backorder status. The customer will have the choice to be refunded for the out of stock item or simply wait to have their order shipped as soon as new stock arrives.
